Bhutan is country in South Asia, located at the eastern end of the Himalaya Mountains and bordered between China and India. The Bhutanese called their country Druk Yul which means "Land of the Dragon". Thimphu is the capital of Bhutan.
King of Bhutan name Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck. He became king on December 14, 2006.

The two colors of the flag, divided diagonally, represent spiritual and temporal power within Bhutan. The orange represents the Drukpas manasteries and Buddhist religion, and the orange/yellow symbolizes the secular authority of the the dynasty.
Culture
Bhutan has a rich and unique culture heritage that has largely remained intact because of its isolation form the rest of the world until early 1960s. Bhutanese tradition is deeply steeped in its Buddhist heritage. Hinduism is the second religion in Bhutan. Bhutanese citizens are free to travel abroad. Bhutan is viewed as inaccessible by many foreigners.
Women wear an ankle-length dress, the kira, which is clipped at one shoulder and tied at the waist.
Dress for Bhutanese men is the gho, a knee-length robe tied at the waist by a cloth belt.
Bhutan generally goes in the female rather than the male line. Daughters will inherit their parents' house. A man is expected to make his own way in the world and often moves to his wife's home.
